    About our Zurich Studio and Education Center

    PILATESwiss® is a constantly growing company of premium Pilates studios and Acreditation partners.  In 2004 our first PILATESwiss Visceral studio opened right on Lake Zurich, in Zurich’s pretty Seefeld. A second generation of Visceral teacher and acreditiation partners now run that location. In 2020 We opened our current location in Zurich sunny Höngg vineyard. A sepparate administration office is responsible for the sale of our locally produced Swiss design; the patented PILATESwiss® Boards.

    With whom am I working out?

    team of quality-conscious people responsible for your training experience, are constantly perfecting their teaching skills. In fact, PILATESwiss® is the only company in German speaking Europe to achieve both PILATES Method Alliance accreditation (NPCP) for its teacher training program and at same time YOGA alliance (YA) accreditation for its teacher training program. Globally, there is no higher independent, non-fiduciary tests of quality available.

    We are a team of independent trainers. The booking and invoicing of training courses is done directly with the respective trainer.

    Our Qualifications?

    Aside from all of our personal trainers holding the highest internationally recognised qualification possible, PILATESwiss®  teacher education programs themselves simultaneously hold both the NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program) and YA (Yoga Alliance) certification recognition. Globally there are no other higher independent certification programs available. There are no other teacher education companies in German speaking Europe to have achieved this level.

    How long do I need to take to achieve the 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates teacher training involved in the PILATESwiss Visceral Program?

    Usually a participant can complete the the PILATESwiss® Visceral 450 hour Comprehensive Pilates Program, in approximately 1-2 Years.

    How is the learning environment of PILATESwiss teacher trainings?

    PILATESwiss® teacher educations usually take place in our beautiful flagship studios in Zurich. The limited number of participants in our workshops ensures a relaxed atmosphere in which to concentrate and learn. Both PILATESwiss teacher education programs and the personal training services are an investment in yourself!

    Do I need to bring a Mat?

    We provide Mats, Towels, Tea, Snacks. We want to pamper you.
